My Windos 7 (64 BIT) ULTIMATE is registered - but I get "This computer is not running genuine Windows" and I can't fix it  - after one of Microsoft's UPDATES!!! screw my OS
I was a happy user of Windows 7, 64, Ultimate, registered, all OK for a few month. One day my PC was re-booted by Microsoft (they just pushed one of their UPDATES!) and from that day on, I get a message: "This computer is not running genuine Windows" . So I went to MS websites and tried every available fix, but I can't fix it. This is NOT THE FIRST TIME! I had a smaller SSD drive and after few MS updates, it happen also. So I lived with the error for few month. After I've purchased a larger SSD drive I just installed the Windows 7 Ultimate on my SSD drive ad today I am back to square one! I've urchased my products, I do not copy or use some kind of boot-leg-copy, but MICROSOFT IS PUNISHING ME for the few that do just that! I paid LOTS OF MONEY to you MICROSOFT!!!! I DO NOT WISH TO BE ACCUSED OF STEALING YOUR PRODUCT! STOP PUNISHING ME FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT DO!!!!! STOP PUNISHING LEGITIMATE CUSTOMERS! (I know this, because I've seen this many times before - it started with Windows Vista!!!!) I would like MICROSOFT to 1) Stop pushing updates I DID NOT WANT or enabled on my PC! (I never use the automatic ANYTHING!, but you at MS CAN'T RESPECT THAT! ) 2) If your updates screw my computer YOU AT MICROSOFT SHOULD MAKE A FIX THAT WORKS TO FIX YOUR BAD WORK!!!!! 3) If you do not fix this, I'll just buy GOOGLE'S COMPUTER NEXT TIME!!! And maybe MANY OF MY COMPUTER FRIENDS OUT THERE ALSO STOP USING OS THAT STARTS ACCUSING THEM OF STEALING, when they paid lost of good money for it - like me! If anyone knows some kind of app that would fix this once for ever, please let me know. On meantime, I'll IGNORE MICROSOFT'S requester, like I did in the past! Tony

You are weeping nicely, however on wrong grave! Do not play angry bird with innocent IT professionals here. 1. Does "register" means in your vocabulary the same as activate? 2. There are several ways how to activate your W 7: a. From elevated command prompt cscript slmgr.vbs -ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX cscript slmgr.vbs -ato where XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX is product key from COE or/and invoice b. By changing key or internmediate step with KMS key c. By phone If nothing helps, contact local Microsoft Activation Center Regards Milos
